In a disturbing incident, an aged dog that was suffering from bone cancer was found tethered in the backyard of an intoxicated man. The poor creature was subjected to horrific neglect and abuse, as it was left without any food or water. GWARP, an organization dedicated to animal rescue, received a complaint on September 22 regarding this distressing case. Despite their extensive experience in the field of animal welfare, the team was appalled by the level of cruelty inflicted upon the helpless dog.
It is evident that the dog is experiencing bone cancer, and unfortunately, it has never received medical attention. The canine has spent its life living on a brief chain and consuming waste and garbage. This has resulted in a lack of nutrients and vitamins, which has led to the development of osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. The veterinarian noted that this type of cancer usually develops due to severe damage to the bone, resulting in an infection that leads to a tumor. Sadly, the individual who reported this incident witnessed the dog being brutally beaten by its intoxicated owner. The dog was kept restrained on a metal chain in the owner’s yard for several years, unable to move more than a few feet.
Despite the GWARP rescue team’s request to save the boy, the owner stubbornly refused to let go of “his property.” This led to the team seeking help from the local police for assistance. The dog seemed to be saddened by the situation when the team left to speak with the authorities. Fortunately, after a few hours, the team was able to obtain the necessary paperwork and present it to the owner, eventually convincing him to change his mind. However, the owner insisted that the team report taking the dog before he would allow it to happen.
We came to a mutual decision that the distressed pup required urgent medical attention, including medical exams and blood tests at this moment. Additionally, our son urgently requires an amputation, and we have sent fabric samples for histology analysis. There is still a long road ahead of us.
After undergoing an X-ray, it was discovered that the individual is suffering from Osteosarcoma, a very serious form of bone cancer. Luckily, there are no indications of metastases in the white lung, which provides a glimmer of hope for survival. Nevertheless, the tumor is growing at an alarming rate and causing the skin to tear due to its rapid expansion. The situation is becoming increasingly dire with each passing day.

Unfortunately, there’s no hope for Jordan in Azerbaijan. He needs to improve his condition before he can be transferred to Turkey. His scheduled travel date is just a few days away.
Upon arrival in Istanbul, Jordan underwent a quick sedation procedure for X-rays to be taken of his entire body, in preparation for surgery. The amputation surgery has now been completed successfully, and his limb, which was affected by tumors, has been removed without any complications. All went smoothly for Jordan.
It has been three days since Jordan underwent amputation surgery and he is adjusting quickly to his new way of life. He has already mastered the necessary skills and his appetite has returned, which is a good sign. He seems to enjoy the food that we offer him as well.
